The contacts of pole numbers 10-15 in the 15-pole connector are not assigned to any poles of the 7-pole standard connector and the 7-pole auxiliary connector in accordance with ISO 12098. However, to connect additional functions, poles 10-12 have been redirected to the unassigned poles of the two 7-pole connectors. Before using the adapter, ensure that no malfunctions can occur as a result of the existing vehicle assignment.
