Payment methods

In the winkler Online Shop, you can choose between a variety of different payment methods:

Payment via invoice

If you have already made a purchase in the online shop as a winkler customer, or if you have registered in advance as a customer, you can choose to pay for your order via invoice after you have received it.

Payment via direct debit

With the direct debit payment method, you allow us to debit the payment amount directly from your bank account. If you would like to pay for your purchases via direct debit, after you have submitted your order, please provide us with your address and the necessary information for the bank account that you would like to use for the purchase.

Payment with Giropay

In order to use Giropay, you must have an online banking account at a participating credit institute. You can find out whether your bank or savings bank supports Giropay using the Bank Check at .

If you choose to use giropay to pay for your purchase, you will be asked for your bank code, account number and your name after you have submitted your order. The online shop then directs you securely to the online banking of your bank or savings association. Here you log in as usual with your account number and PIN and make the payment transfer. In the next step of the giropay transfer, you will receive a confirmation that your payment was successful.

Payment with credit card

We also offer you the option of paying for your purchase in the online shop via credit card. We accept Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa. Immediately after you have submitted your order, you will be asked to enter your credit card information, and the purchase will be completed in the next step. Your credit card payment is protected in the winkler Online Shop via SSL encryption, because security is our top priority.
