The multi-way ball valves contain a ball piston and are thus supported. The ball seat is pressed by a preloaded O-ring against the ball piston and is additionally supported by the increasing pressure. The contact force against the plug shaft is increased by the pressure applied, so that the multi-way valves guarantee absolute maintenance-free tightness in vacuum, at low pressure as well as at high pressure. wear-free with lowest torque due to O-ring supported POM seals and polished ball surface
