LOCTITE 241 is a methacrylate-based threadlocker for medium-strength joints with small threads. Typical times to achieve hand strength are 35 minutes on steel, 12 minutes on brass, and 240 minutes on stainless steel. The low-viscosity product with a breakaway torque of 11.5 Nm is used for threaded connections that must be easy to dismantle with normal hand tools.
