Note on compressor replacement: Whenever the air conditioning compressor is replaced, the dryer and expansion valve must be replaced and the system flushed to prevent dirt particles from damaging the new compressor. Otherwise, no warranty claim can be made.
The compressor is partially filled with oil. Before installation, the oil must be completely drained and refilled with the quantity according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
